We guarantee your satisfaction with all SERAGLIOBATH.COM merchandise. You may return any UNUSED and LINT FREE merchandise if you are dissatisfied with your purchase within 30 days after the shipping date.

All returns require a Returned Merchandise Authorization number ( RMA ). Please do not return any merchandise without obtaining a RMA. In order to obtain a RMA along with return instructions and the correct return address, please complete and submit the Customer Service Request Form

Once your return is received and processed we will issue a credit within 4 weeks to the credit card used to make the purchase in the amount of the purchase price (excluding shipping and handling charges). Please note that you are responsible for shipping and handling charges on returned merchandise. In order to ensure your return is safe and documented , send your package via a prepaid, insured and traceable method.

We apologize if we have inadvertently sent you incorrect merchandise. If this happens to be the case, you will be reimbursed for the cost of returning the merchandise. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling charges for replacement merchandise. We will process replaced merchandise with the shipment method of the original order.

Customized items, products with cut label and products with lint, cannot be returned.

Clearance/Sale items can not be returned,but can only be exchanged for items of equal or greater value.

Returns that arrive within 30-60 days after the shipping date will be charged a 25% restocking fee on net cost of product.
Refused packages will be considered as return order.
Returns that arrive 60 days after the shipping date will receive no credit and will not be accepted.

Ground Shipping and Handling cost for Continental US is $8.95

3-Day Select Shipping and Handling cost for Continental US is $17.95

Next Day Air Shipping and Handling cost for Continental US is $44.95

Standard Canada Shipping and Handling cost is $19.95

Your order will be shipped with the following carrier:

Shipping of all orders is subject to verification for security purposes.
In-stock orders are processed and shipped out the same day , if the order is placed before 4pm EST (business days only).
3-Day Select and Next Day deliveries should count after shipped out date.

Please note that we do not ship to destinations outside U.S.A. or Canada ; and UPS does not deliver to PO , APO/FPO addresses.

All PO , APO/FPO and Canada addresses will be shipped via regular US Postal Service.

Any order placed cannot be cancelled after shipment, original shipping and handling charges are nonrefundable.

All custom charges for shipments made to Canada will be paid by the customer.

SERAGLIOBATH.COM does not charge your credit card until ordered merchandise is shipped out.

Taxes

No Sales Tax will be collected (except for shipment to a New Jersey address).

If your order is being sent to a NJ address, a sales tax of 6% will be collected. Your order will be shipped out at East Brunswick NJ warehouse, we recommend that you choose Standard Shipping; you should receive your order within 1 - 2 business days.
